Lake Flow is an AI-powered concierge service for Lake Martin, Alabama. Our services include:

• Property Services: Coordination of property maintenance and related services.
• Local Recommendations: Personalized suggestions for dining, activities, and services around the lake.

Account Registration

To use Lake Flow, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Lake Flow including:

• AI assistant responses to your questions
• Service notifications and updates
• Account alerts and notifications

Property Services Terms

When using property services through Lake Flow:

• Service Providers: Services are performed by third-party providers. Lake Flow facilitates coordination but is not the direct service provider.
• Pricing: All service pricing is displayed before confirmation.
• Payment: Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment processor.
• Cancellation: Cancellation terms are provided at the time of service request.
• Property Access: You are responsible for providing accurate property access information and ensuring service providers can safely access your property.

AI Assistant Limitations

Our AI assistant provides information to the best of its ability, but:

• Information may not always be current or complete
• AI responses are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.)
• Restaurant hours, marina services, and other third-party information may change without notice
• Always verify critical information directly with the relevant business or authority

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or commercialize the service without permission

Intellectual Property

Lake Flow and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lake Flow LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lake Flow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lake Flow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lake Flow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lake Flow LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama.
